Firewire The Groove är ett fenset som är framtaget tillsammans med Rob Machado, består av 5 fenor, för att kunna användas både som Quad och thruster.

- While this is an Upright (pivot) template, it still has Rob's hybrid DNA with a lengthened base. Rob took special care with this fin's construction, wanting to create a technically progressive flex throughout the template. Because of the various carbon layups in combination with the bamboo core, the leading edge is stiffer while the trailing edge has more flex. This construction's progressive flex provides spring and liveliness out of every turn, while maintaining the immediate response and drive required for high-performance surfing.
- The Machado Groove Fin Set is a throwback to Rob's performance days, and is a five fin template for high-performance surfing. This fin set is lively and responsive in punchy, hollow waves from around waist-high to overhead. The construction's progression flex provides spring and liveliness out of every turn, while maintaining the immediate response and drive required for high-performance surfing.

Size can of course vary from brand to brand, as can color reproduction in images.
