We are connected to Klarna Checkout. With this payment method you are approving the purchase before you choose to pay with either an invoice or direct using a credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are 100% secure.
Shipping terms
Within Sweden
Shipment to a Swedish adress takes between 2 - 5 days. Shipment is free of charge if your order exceeds 2000 kr otherwise costs are 49 SEK. We use DHL to ship your order to a DHL Servicepoint were you will pick up your order. When the order is shipped from us you will receive a notice with tracking information.
Within EU
All shipments to a country in EU is made with DHL Economy Select and takes between 3 - 7 days. The shipping cost within EU is 200 SEK . Extra cost for bulky orders may be applied.
Country in Europe but not in EU
All shipments to a country in EU is made with DHL Parcel Connect and takes between 4 - 8 days. The shipping cost is 250 SEK . Extra cost for bulky orders may be applied. When ordering from outside EU the VAT will be removed from your order when checkout, the VAT and any extra local custom fees will be payed by the costumer.
Bulky products and surfboards
We ship surfboards with DHL Home Delivery. The cost is calculated on the length of the board. We ship surfboards to Sweden, countries within EU, Norway and Great Britain. Prices: Within Sweden up to 6 fot 400 SEK, other countries 650 SEK. 6´1 fot to 7´8 fot within Sweden 500 SEK other countries 750 SEK. 7´9 fot and up within Sweden 700 SEK, other countries 900 SEK
Returns
You are entitled to exchange or refund items within 14 days of receiving your package. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging and including all tags.
If you live in Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain or the US it's important that you pay for shipping and toll declaration, otherwise we can't receive your shipment.
