CI Mid is a modern classic design that is the result of a collaboration Channel Island has had with Devon Howard, a surfer in Southern California who has spent the past two decades surfing and refining edge-shaped midlenght boards.
- Eggshaped design with a low rocker and the volume slightly in front of the center that makes the board fast paddled and good speed along the wave
- The tail is a pulled in pintail for hold and maneuverability
- 7’2 * 21 1/4 * 2 13/16 - 47.3 Liter
- Designed to be an all-rounder, everything from long pointbreaks to reefbreaks
- Surf in waves ranging from waist to double overhead
- Glassing: 6-4oz. decks with 6oz. bottoms
- Can be surfed as a single fine or 2 + 1 for more hold and response in turn
